Sylvain Lemire will be accompanied by at least 20 students of all ages from the Kyokushin Karate Academy of Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu. Together, they will perform various demonstrations of hand and foot attacks, a demonstration of a kata carried out by an adult that includes breaking boards and more. Afterwards, the public will be invited to take part in kiai (energy shout) contests and safe, basic movements.

After attending the demonstration, spectators will be invited to familiarize themselves with basic striking techniques on a rubber mannequin under the supervision of the sansei.
