It is true honour to be the spokesperson for the International Balloon Festival of Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu. For the 3rd consecutive year, my children and I will enjoy colourful memories that will remain with us throughout our lives. When I think about the scale of the event, I am thrilled to speak on behalf of the 27th edition of the greatest family event in Canada!
How high can you fly?
A hot air balloon can fly up to 10 000 feet. During a flight, it is possible to fly only at a few meters permitting to see the trees and the river or fly at 1000 feet to have a better overview of the landscapes. Indeed, everything depends on the pilot, the passengers and the weather conditions.
